CFIA HISTORY
The organization was formed to assist and guide flight instructors through the pitfalls of ever changing training techniques, regulations and legal consequences.
Through continuous Chicago Flight Instructor Association Safety Seminars and many other sponsored safety programs, a very high degree of success has been achieved and maintained.
We were the recipient of the 1997 Spirit of Flight Award, honoring us for our safety programs.
